whatfor you got dat tie leather on dat barrow ? because on my army it was a bad stud, loading level flip of when shooting conversion cylinder. post army later AHHH,i see what you mean now,that would be a problem,don't know if mine will or not yet.

I have not converted my pistols. I have traditions 1851 36 cal. colt and 1858 44 cal. rem. navy. I don`t plan to convert either of them as I like shooting ball and cap black powder. I take the 44 with me on muzzle load hunts. Tn. regulation require 44 cal or above for deer hunting or I would take the 36. Both or mine are brass frame and that is one reason I don`t care to convert them.
You guys have some really nice hardware. I really enjoyed the videos.
