may i enter camp? I live on a 120 acer farm thats been in the famliy for years grandpap left it to me [god rest his soul]. his only living kin. he taught me to fish, hunt, farm and live in peace. i stopped at fur trade camp a few month back over in Ill. and can't get it out of my mind so i started doing research and am going to be a mountain women. i shot a doe yesterday with my bow and plan on brain tanning it, there is just so much to learn. this stuff is just so cool.

Hi Page. Welcome. How's the doe skin braintanning coming along for you so far? Congratulations on the shot! I see quite a few deerskins donated to me coming from women hunters. I'll bet it would be very satisfying to tan your OWN deerskin. I wouldn't know! paulette j
