what the hell long trail. you can't give me a better picture that ? i mean c'mon. thats kind of like watching soft core porn. it ain't showing you nothing. just like your picture of that h.j. hale under hammer pistol,that was manufactured in bristol,connecticut and patened in 1835. that picture just aint showing me nothing. ;D just playing around long trail, and giving you a hard time. i think its a h.j. hale under hammer pistol. the ones i've read about look a little different as far as the hammers and triggers are concerned. according to my gun book they were made in percussions lock and came in .31 and .44 calibers. i have seen a picture of one that looked like a walking cane. that is some pretty inlay work and some pretty wood. i sure would like to see a bigger picture
