I've been getting some cool stuff in the mail lately. A really nice knife made by John Chohea. I gave him the specs and he did a great job on it. I wanted something real practical that I can skin with, clean fish, gut deer, whatever and as a bonus, he also made it look great. And I got this cool Awl in the mail from Hannes, all the way from Africa, so I tried it out yesterday and made a real simple rawhide sheath for the knife. The awl makes it so much easier than the way I had been doing it. Thanks to Hannes and John for the great craftsmenship!
