we'll let you slide on the unhistorically part.(hehe) i can tell by your photos that the hide is real soft. and yer fringes is cut all nice and even,something mine aint.what do you use to cut fringe with?i'm gonna be making a buckskin hunting frock afore to long,and i would like my fringe to be nice and even like your.

Nice rosette. I havn't done any quite like that. Your pattern of the turtle has kept its proportions well. And I'm really liking your green and white beads together. I also like the pouch above, someone refered to it as a skiprow, and I think it looks real nice, it accents the leather so well. You have inspired me to give that a try in the future sometime. lt
