"Help Save The Buck Rub"and "Help Save A Tree" Hello...it's the Dove here. With just a few thoughts or two or three,or maybe more, let's see!! :)Sometimes I don't know, until I start to write.AS a writer/Song Write, as I put the pen to paper, or my fingers begin to flow over the keyboard, then I usually write under inspiration.I don't do much editing or erasing,as much of it comes out of my own heart.Or from the inspired thoughts. That's what I have said before, do we have any writers, out there? That's sometimes how writers are...anyway in my case. Any Photographers please post your pics... Everybody has inspired thoughts of somekind.Got a joke don't be afraid to tell it...keep it clean and remember children are viewing."Not to say that anyone, would do other wise. Anyways,it wasn't so long ago the BuckRub had the sounds of Crickets, and not a creature was stiring nearly..... So just say Hi!!!when you can...Your friend the Dove

For our 32nd anniversery my wife bought me a new guitar, the one i had was one i fixed up after finding it in a burnt down house and is now covered in famous country autographs.I had never had a real good guitar and she bought me a Martin DM,one of the best gitfiddles a feller can get.She said all she wanted was for me to write her a song,so i got to work and came up with this.I would love to record it,but around here it is about 300.00 for an hour of studio time..But here are the words, she loves the beach so i usde that as a theme of sorts.
~NORTHERN STAR~
Like a ship abandoned on a raging sea~~~ A Restless wind always torturing me~~~
Headed for a rock as big as Gibralter~~ You came along and calmed the water Watch the seabirds how they soar~~~
mi corrazone volar mi amoore (you make my heart fly)
You lift my spirits when they need liften up
Honey, your the tea that's in my cup~~
"Chorus" (youv'e been my anchor and my compass without you baby there aint no us~~~~ your my Northern Star) Instrumental--- (play awhile)
In my darkest hours when i need a guide~~~
Your the lighthouse that shines above the tide~~
You keep me from crashin into the shore, baby you will always be my oar "chorus"
(youv'e been my anchor and my compass without you baby there aint no us~~~~ your my Northern Star)
My Northern star, your always there,That's what your are,my Northern star My guiding light.you keep me right, your my Northern star~~~~~~
