Wow.. what a catch! and what a ton of work! I bet they taste great.. does she use a beer batter when she makes them ever? I love fish deep fried in beer batter.. don't have a clue how to make it but I know it tastes great.. (cause you can't taste the fish all that much, lol(laughing out loud)!!)

man that was some fine vittles tonight. ate so many I think I'm gonna pop. ;D
we use beer batter sometimes. most of the times we just mix corn meal, salt and pepper. then fry in canola oil. when they're done pour ya some pepper sauce over em and go to chawin on em.
