Hey all you smart***** ;D I keep having a problem with my zero my comma my right parenthesis and who knows what else keeps disappearing and reappearing. At first I thought I needed a new keyboard... but then next day.... everything was back.... then gone....then back. You get the picture... Like right now obviously my comma is gone........ I usually can just deal with it by using ....... or ~... but I have been to tripod today to work on my web page and dont have a comma or etc. I have tried to pay attention to what I was doing before I lost them or they return but so far havn't kept a damn diary. So does anyone have any suggestions? I have been going between my microsoft outlook express and Micro soft office publisher 2oo3. Help.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least my exclimation mark still works.

if ya have an air compressor, unhook the keyboard, flip it upside down and blow the hell out of it with an air nozzle between all the keys. if this don't work you got 2 options. either buy a new one or take the old one apart and clean it real good. i would suggest just buying a new one cause keyboards are a pain to take apart and get back together right. not hard to do it's just a pain.

Has that same problem happended to you? Is that how you remedied it? We don't have a air compressor.... think a pressure washer would do? haha. I guess we will just have to spring for a new kb. thanks grizz. Dlt

I have used caned air to clean keyboards and even the inside of my computers. The trick is to remember that it is cold and will form frost and condensation if sprayed continually on one location. I have had success with it and like the way it cleans and blows/dusts things out.

,,,,,,,))))))))000000000 Today everything works fine. It seems to change from program to program. I try to keep a log of which program I work in then swithch to another. It would seem to me that if it were a matter of dust, the problem wouldn't come and go so often on a regular basis. Joe games a lot, but he doesn't use these particular keys. Oh well. Until I can get one of those spiffy ergonimic thing a ma jigs (haha) I'll be a victim to the keyboard I have. Thanks for the advice. It is much appreciated.
