Hopefully Redthunder will post pics of many great pouches! It will give me ideas! I have one of his pouches that is exquisite. Anyway I tried my hand some more with leather crafting.. (while my kids swam for a couple hrs) and came up with this one :-). I'm happy with it..at least I think I could easily pull my cellphone out of this bag. Elmers glue made stitching a very fine running stitch quick and easy. I need to learn how to make the twisty looking straps for the small pouches if anyone knows how and cares to share this technique. I would be grateful, thx!

Thanks Billy:-) I forgot to mention that the use of the glovers helps me a lot too. Things didn't go as well down by the river today.. I cut out a circle of skin and then cut out a rectangle to sew around the circle and a couple of smaller rectangles to stitch in there for the fringe I hoped to have coming off that seam.. well things were going along fine I glued all the pieces together stitched that bottom circle around there and wasn't until I totally sewed the bottom on did I realize that somehow that piece should have been rightside out! Oh crap.. then the horseflies and tiny little gnat like bugs were very hostile.. it was quite warm and humid and what I get for not just going there to swim myself I guess! you ever have one of those days? Don't ask, right?? lol.. :-)
