Are the hides the work of our own Loren Stallsmith, Redthunder? If so, nice work, PA. You can be proud to see your efforts..The skins truly bring the items of 'various stuff' to life. Thanks for sharing, Redthunder. We're all blessed to have such great pictures to see! I'm sure everyone else is motivated and inspired!!
I have a nice elkskin earmarked for somewhere in the Adirondacks here in our great state of NY. Will have to take a picture before I ship it off for places unknown. Want you to know Metalbender, if you're reading this, that the stitches you'll see in this skin are from holes that I made in the first elkskin I ever tanned! and it wasn't from the pressure washer, either! LOL. I've been moving this poor elk's skin from place to place for some time now. I'll make sure and smoke the shit out of it. How nice that you'll be able to use your smithy apron for a backdrop for your pics.. better'd be a damned fine knife as I have worked my ass off to make the elkskin tame, I'll have ya know! Rest assured I'll do my best to brag on your knife but remember a great knife will speak for itself and inspire AWE. Paulette
