nope, This fellers bigger than an otter. Does sort look like it ought ta be mongoose though. Give 'er another try caretaker.

Very Good Red thunder , it was a Fossa. The largest in the mongoose family.

I got confused when researching the mongoose family. I thought the Egyptian mongoose was bigger than the fosa. My bad . Congrats to redthunder. also thank you ; that critter wuz a worrin me couse I couldn`t identify it. good one phoenix!
