The Feller that asked for this is a poor slob like most of us, and was distressed at the prices of some of the other ones he's seen (not that they aren't worth it, just outta his price range.) he said he was lookin for a $100 -$150 dollar folder, and this was my offering for that price range. He seems quite happy with it The blade is an old Bearing race from one of the roasters at work (52100 for those metal geeks out there) and if you look closely at the blade, you'll notice a temper line. (I stripped the teeth off my new file tryin to get rid of the decarb on the edge.) BTW, you aint supposed to be able ta get a temper line (hamon) on this type of steel. Somebody forgot to tell this peice of steel that. ;D I still have a buckskin sheath to do for it yet, more pics to come.
