This is a rare and elusive species. Due to their scarcity they can only be hunted on April 1 st from sun up til sunset. Also weapons are limited to nerf crossbows.

genetic engineering experiment escaped and started breeding in the wild. They live in nest in trees and leave rubs on the branches of nut bearing trees like oak, walnut and pecans.
Remember you can hunt them only on April 1st.

watch out for this critter if you plan on hunting it. from what i hear they are meaner than a rattle snake. they travel in packs of 12 and cause all kinds of mischift. they are harder to hunt than a snipe, you would almost do better hunting jack o lopes, they are that elusive. from what i under stand a few have cross bread with a jack o lope and have razor sharp teeth. so be careful out there on april 1st

thanks for the info Billy. I did not know about the traps. Try to obtain as much info about these creatures as i can. I have discovered that they will frequent bird feeders and play havoc with them. Also have reports of them carrying off soot feeders entangled in their antlers.
