Ok. Here are pics of some of my girls. 1. Iclandic linebackers--- all they need are football helmets to go with those black smears. 2. and 3. The white sheep are not as restless (moving all the time) And though there is still plenty of room for improvement I like how their wool coats show up. 4. and 5. This little lady is a Welsh Black Mountain sheep. I do not like how her wool goes to black undefined fuzz. Maybe I should use more of a faster (sport) setting to combat their constant movement? 6. and 7. Are probably my best pics that I took today. One is of one of my older ewes and the other is of the ram that a friend let me borrow. Both are Black Welsh. 8. This is the shot that I wish was clear. These sheep lay out in the snow at night. In the morning they are covered with frost, ice, and snow. That took me awhile to get use to. lol They would rather be out than in my provided housing most days. Hope you enjoyed, paweaver ---

Well, Your welcome to use the lamb that is already in the freezer for your rosemary & mint jelly sauce as long as you share. lol I only have these two Icelandic ewes and they were very small when I got them so I won't breed them until next year. So it will be awhile before I have Icelands in the freezer.
I've been spinning Icelandic roving from a friends sheep. I've enjoyed every twist.
A black hat?? I'm thinking of felted mittens and slippers..
