Nice you like the shooting ThunderMoon. You want one start make one, or come and get this There is Elm wood and then its great Elm wood. This is made out of Hard Elm wood growing in Canada. I have some staves of Hard Elm but never know if they are good before start tillered. Then its much other wood like Hickory, Osage etc working well to bows. I made a short Hickory last year successful, I post that bow later in a new topic.

Its a lot to explain how to make a bow, and I´m not so good on that.
Cost depends what kind of bow, shape, material etc, but normally from $300 and up, if its a war bow made with Yew is $600 and up. This is simply my option
You can find cheaper, but then you get what you get.
This bow is not for sell.

I've got a nice hickory stick bow I use a lot, I like hickory. It's simple and unadorned (I call it my ugly stick) but at 5 1/2 feet long, with a 65# draw, it'll sling an arrow. I'll post some pics later, but a full draw shot will have to wait... I cut my left hand from the middle of the palm all the around to the back of my hand. Cut all the way through the meaty part near the pinky into the muscle. 13 stitched external, 5 internal. I dont do ANYTHING halfassed.
