This is a beaded knife case that I made for my large Bowie knife that I made several years ago. The sheath is made of vegetable tanned leather with the beaded buckskin cover sewn over the top. The knife is 1/4" thick with a 9 1/2" cutting edge and a 10" blade. The handle is the crown from a large elk. The overall length is 16" and the blade is 2 1/4" wide at the widest point. Very pretty. It doesn't have too much activity, meaning it's clear and beautiful. Not mottled with too many patterns that can sometimes be hard to see or dicipher. I like it alot. Ma
