Take a back leg if its just you and cut the out side layer (silver skin like on a deer ) cut it off the bone and cut in bit size pieces and a small to med. onion 4 cloves garlic salt pepper sage .Cook in skillet w/oil Beaver is real lean got to have oil cook till med well eat w/A1 sause YUMM YUMM.
