Take a small to med. sixe beaver or large one cut off behind shoulders boil for a hour to hour and half till well tender with salt and pepper .while boilin build a fire up and burn down to coals. Put a grill over the fire and add beaver with BBQ sause if you like or butter it so it dont dry out its real lean .It dont take long cause it is really already cooked and dive in .
