me and shelby caught these bass in the pond i rinse my buckskins in. the same trip as when i caught the 5 pounder

You guys have all the fun I love to fish for bass all we have here are trout, big ones but they just aren't like fishing for bass.

To a young'un a fish like that 'un looks two feet long. I remember my first bass when I was a kid. It had ta be at least two feet long but my folks told me to throw him back so he could get even bigger.

Nice Bass. first time I took my youngest son fishing~ after we caught the fish I asked my son if we should cook it and eat it and he had a horrified look on his face and said "heck no Mom~ he'd be mad". Out of the mouth of babes. Kids and fishing~ they have so much fun. Think of the kids who have never enjoyed it.
