Just want to say how much that I enjoy everyones pics. Thanks for sharing. Hannes -- that horse gear is beautiful. I have Bruce Grants book and have used it for a lot of different braids, but I never bit off a project that big. Maybe someday... Thought I would share a pic of one of Dad's halflingers. He has sold her, but he taught her to drive. She never was really rode. My sister and I were at Dad's one day and decided that before he sold her we better try riding her. ;D My sister is the one on her and I am hidden. Next pic is of Dad's horse and my pony on some trail ride. I rode them both all the time. That pony is a quarter horse mustang cross. One of my riding buddies lived 5 miles from my house. You know over the ridge, through the valley, and up another ridge... I could make it to her house in 45 minutes flat. Then we would ride for hours and I would turn around and make it home in another 45 minute trip. He was my once in a life time horse. ( Actually pony - lack one inch of being a horse.) horses Sorry the photos are a little grainy for being scanned.

Thanks for the pics of the Iceland horses. I've read about them. What neat animals.
